Phone Service and Installation (new)

Systems support: FreePBX and Asterisk specializing in VoIP and providing support for legacy telephony interfaces. Installation and quote available. Support also available for existing systems.

Typical Installations include: simple direct dialing, receptionist and/or automated attendant, call groups, Fax, Skype integration, VPN satellite office, PBX to PBX inner connection, call queue management for call centers and automatic call distribution (ACD).

Sample estimate for installation of a 45 extension office:

MRC: 400.00 VoIP, not including internet connection. Price includes local unmetered and long distance calling to the 48 continental states and Canada. International calls are charged on a per minute basis at 6 second increments. (This is only an estimate based on the information at hand as of Jan 2012).
Porting original phone numbers is available at no extra charge.
NRC: Phones and server 3200.00 (Low end estimate for installation and hardware)
Wiring installation: 3250.00
Program install and setup: 1500.00 (May vary depending on complexity of call distribution)

Web Hosting

Basic Web hosting is available at $8.95 per month.    No setup fee.  Domain registration is not included in the price.

Web site support is also available.

Web Design

Minimum charge for a web design is $300.00.  Estimates are quoted once the project is laid out and understood.  Keeping a project on budget means that changes must be avoided until the web is complete and then discuss how to proceed from a completed web site.  

Billing will be on a weekly basis for the work accomplished.

Internet Provisioning

Internet Access services are currently only available in the same building as my office for $48.00 per month, no contract, month-to-month. Building wiring and support for Internet access is available on a case by case basis. Please call for more info.

IT Support

IT support on-call currently available at $75.00 per hour. Hardware installation, equipment upgrades as well as software proposals and installation is available.
